Music as therapy

There are strong and well documented benefits for dementia and alzheimers patients who are exposed to music and singing on a regular basis.  There are multiple studies from across the world and the evidence is uncontrovertable

Music and Singing Events

Professional singers come and perform age-appropriate songs and music for the residents to both enjoy and engage with.

Residents are encouraged to sing along and reminisce.  

Art EVENTS

Creative activities stimulate the brain and engage the participants imagination.  There are proven benefits to combining art and music as a therapy.
